By accessing or using Synctaku, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Synctaku provides automated synthetic audio generation and XML timeline structuring specifically designed for video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

3. Limitation of Liability & DMCA Shield

Synctaku is a neutral data orchestration and timeline utility. Users assume 100% legal liability for any copyrighted visual assets, third-party intellectual property, or video footage paired with our generated XML timeline files.

We do not host, generate, or supply any video footage or copyrighted anime materials. Any combination of our synthetic audio and XML data with visual media is performed entirely locally by the user at their sole discretion and legal risk.

4. Payment and Credits

Credits purchased via our platform are non-refundable. One credit grants approximately one minute of synthetic audio generation, varying slightly based on text density.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to bypass our credit ledger system, or utilize our API for malicious activities.
