1. Information We Collect

We collect standard account information necessary for authentication and billing via Supabase and Stripe. The script text you submit is temporarily processed by ElevenLabs for audio generation but is not used to train our internal models.

2. 2026 EU AI Act Compliance

In accordance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act (enforced August 2, 2026), all synthetically generated audio files contain cryptographically signed provenance metadata in their ID3 tags to ensure machine-readable transparency.

This metadata explicitly flags the audio as AI-generated and includes a secure signature linking the generation to our orchestration pipeline. This imperceptible layer ensures compliance without degrading the fidelity of your timeline assets.

3. Data Storage

Generated `.zip` archives are stored temporarily in secure Vercel Blob buckets and are automatically purged after a set period. We do not maintain permanent copies of your generated timelines.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following third-party infrastructure:

Supabase: For identity management and ledger tracking.
Stripe: For secure payment processing.
ElevenLabs: For synthetic voice generation.
Vercel: For edge hosting and blob storage.
